Before you gather.
What is included in a room rental?
Your written quote sets out the room access and any agreed extras. Room rentals have a two-hour minimum, and your booked access period includes setup and teardown.
Can we rent just the space?
Yes. Start with the room rental and choose only the extras you want. Share your budget, guest count, and preferred timing so we can put together a suitable quote. Tables, chairs, and any other equipment are confirmed separately.
Can we bring our own catering?
Yes. You can bring your own catering, or we can help coordinate catering through our relationships with most restaurants at Brea Mall. Tell us your plans so we can arrange delivery, setup, and service timing with you.
Can you arrange a coffee bar or help plan the event?
Yes. Ask about the Dot Café coffee bar experience, furniture and delivery, or support with all aspects of event planning. We can help coordinate catering, décor, setup, and other event details. Services are optional; scope, availability, and pricing are agreed in your written quote.
Can we bring decorations?
You may bring and install your own permitted decorations. If you’d like help arranging décor or a more complete event setup, ask about our optional planning support. We’ll confirm what can be arranged and include any agreed services in your quote.
Are the event rooms separate from the play space?
Yes. The event rooms are physically separate from the play space and have their own atmosphere for adult celebrations and business gatherings. Your quote will confirm the room or rooms reserved for your event.
How many guests can attend?
Tell us your approximate headcount and desired setup. We’ll confirm a suitable layout and guest capacity with you before booking.
